It would be great if the wound care employee would make contact by phone before just arriving at my front door after hours. Whatever happened to common courtesy towards the client? Everyone just wants what they want and will lie and say they were told that it was okay to come late knowing they're lying through their teeth. Even after inside and tending to my wound the employee was rude and continued to overtalk me as if overtaking me wasn't going to go unnoticed. I can't stand a rude lying person and that's just the type of individual Superior Wound care sent to my home.

I told these people that my legs were getting worse instead of better and they did nothing to help. I Changed companies and have been much happier with the results.
