I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Lisa Gardner and her thoughtful, honest approach to hormone health and aging. What I admire most is her commitment to truth-telling and getting to the root of healthy aging—not quick fixes or trends. She emphasizes that eating well and exercising are the true foundation of good health, and when hormone optimization is done thoughtfully and responsibly, it becomes the frosting on the cake. Dr. Gardner empowers her patients with knowledge, clarity, and a long-term vision for feeling strong, balanced, and well as we age.

I am not a patient. I have to agree with Michelle’s low rating of this place. I obviously reside in Fort Worth and am also looking for HRT, so I started my search tonight. I am appalled at the owner’s response to the bad reviews. Listen, “to each their own right”, but come on. Not only did she leave unnecessary and rude responses; she has her huge arm tat and bare feet showing on her professional website. Incredibly unprofessional for a bio picture. Hard pass.

If you can get a call back from this office you’re winning in life. Nobody answers phones and even less return the voicemails. Went to another doctor, it was amazing how fast someone answered and scheduled me in when I finally gave up on fusion.
