Dr. Arellano knows firsthand the life-changing impact TMS has had on me… it truly saved my life. His care, support, and belief in this treatment gave me hope when I needed it most. Saul, works at the clinic as well and has been absolutely amazing! I truly appreciate his support during each treatment. Absolutely terrible service. As a epileptic I had this office send my epilepsy medication and because I missed one of my appointments due to a seizure they refused to fill my medication. Keep in mind the medication asked for is not a controlled substance. Did they call to reschedule after that no? Nothing did I call to reschedule? SEVERAL times. I even have the call log where they NEVER answer. I’m beyond frustrated. This place just wants your insurance money from visits and could care less about your actual health. Not to mention I never actually felt like I was being “talked to” or treated all they did was give me medications after medications. No appointment lasted more than five minutes. This was my last straw and removed myself from being a patient.

Saul, TMS tech, is great to work with for my treatments everyday. He is easy to contact via text. The staff and team at both locations have been attentive and communicate very well. I’ve been lucky to have this opportunity and noticed improvement within 5 sessions.
