I have been going to Dr.Herrera for a couple of years,I started going to the benbrook clinic and have been seeing Dr. Lueng he is very professional and cares, aI think he might be leaving I hate for him to go. But the staff has always been very pleasant I appreciate everyone there.

I have been a patient at this office for over a year, first seeing Dr. Herrera and then Esan. Unfortunately, while the doctors have been fine, the staff has repeatedly caused me unnecessary pain and stress due to poor communication and unprofessionalism. As a patient, I do not know the ins and outs of insurance, so I have called with questions—only to be met with dismissive and rude responses, including one staff member saying, "I don't see how that's my problem." Instead of offering guidance, they made an already difficult situation even harder. To make matters worse, I recently received a letter stating they were parting ways with me as a patient. This is deeply concerning, as pain patients require ongoing care, and suddenly being dismissed leaves us in a vulnerable position. If you’re looking for a practice that truly supports its patients, I would not recommend this one.

I was accidentally referred to this physician, (long story) it turned out to be the BEST accident I have ever had! They staff is wonderful and go above and beyond to assist patients (me), Dr. Herrera is nice but,, let me tell you! Esen Antakli is awesome! she listens goes thru the process also sincerely cares and is cautious in every aspect of treatments(s) and medications. I just love this place! I would refer them to everyone my family, friends, co-workers! and acquaintances.
