The desk clerk was very nice but she was unable to schedule new patient appointments. I have waited at least 2 weeks since my first call and still haven't been able to schedule a new patient appointment. They called me back once when I was unable to answer (and it was an unknown number to me) and I have called back several times without response. No call back again after 6 days and counting. As a medical practitioner myself, I believe having the scheduler call the patient back rather than being reachable by phone at the patient's convenience creates unnecessary delays in healthcare and is inconsiderate of a patient's (aka customer's) time. You cant discuss private health matters in the middle of the grocery store etc.
If I am able to make an appointment I will update my review here.
Excellent care from every provider I have seen here. Yes, they have supplements, but they have worked for me and are higher quality than I was taking before or can find elsewhere. Their hormone replacement works wonders.
They want patients to be informed and ask a lot of questions, which I find helpful. The negative reviews seem to be about having to do the work of knowing your health history and answering questions. Grow up. Getting healthy takes work, and takes time. If FEM Centre isn’t for you, move along. I bet there are plenty of other patients out there who would love your appointment time.

I never leave poor reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience for other women looking for the upmost care. Booking/scheduling/front desk and assistant staff was just fine. But my experience as a new patient with Nurse Practitioner Kendra was not great.
I had come in with a hormone test I recently completed the month before with my primary doctor, and was told we would need to repeat testing in a different protocol - which I can understand.
However, Kendra then proceeded to question my reasoning for working with my trusted doctor (of 15 years) the way I did, imply that my ovaries were "too young" to be experiencing perimenopause, and share blanket statements like "if you are still having a regular cycle there is NO WAY your estrogen or progesterone levels could be low" - which is just plain untrue.
She repeated these statements several times in a belittling way, and I felt not only unheard, disrespected, but gaslit. If you want to be heard and listened to in your medical care - I would not recommend.
I will not be going back to the Fem Center, and am disappointed I wasted my time, money and energy here.
If you're navigating the wild, hormone-fueled rollercoaster that is menopause, let me tell you about the incredible team that saved my sanity. I come from a lineage where hormones and menopause are like a horror story written by Stephen King. When I started going through it, I was convinced I'd crossed over to the crazy side. The anger and mood swings scared the hell out of me. I thought I was losing my mind—my mother and grandmother were meaner than rabid dogs during their menopausal years, and I feared I was following in their footsteps.
Enter the lifesaving heroes at this office. Referred in the nick of time, I arrived in tears, probably not making a lick of sense. But they welcomed me with open arms and helped me feel normal again. I've been coming here for over a decade, and I can't recommend them enough.
As a business owner who carries a 9mm to work and back, the last thing I needed was a mental health crisis while packing heat! I definitely didn't want to end up on the 6 o'clock news with my customers wondering what in the world happened to their barber. Not only have they saved my life, but they've definitely saved my marriage and anyone else I would have met on my way to and from work. Susan Ross was my first go-to, and she was nothing short of wonderful. When our schedules stopped aligning, I started seeing Kathy Abrahamson, and let me tell you, I love her to death. I can be brutally honest about how I feel—no judgment, just pure support and understanding.
If you need a place where you can be honest, cry, laugh, and reclaim your sanity, this is the office for you. They’ve been my rock through the hormonal horror show, and they can be yours too!

I came to FEM center for my first pap smear and my experience was fantastic. NP Launi explained each step of the process with great detail and care, I really appreciate her effort to make it a very relaxed first experience!
