About this clinic

Neogen Psychiatry & TMS, a mental health practice in Southlake, Texas, specializes in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato Esketamine treatment for patients with treatment-resistant depression and related mood disorders. TMS is a non-invasive neuromodulation approach that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate brain regions associated with mood regulation, often pursued by patients who have not responded adequately to conventional antidepressant medication. Spravato, an esketamine nasal spray, represents a distinct mechanism for treatment-resistant presentations and is administered under clinical supervision. The practice combines these evidence-based modalities with medication management, allowing patients to explore both pharmaceutical and device-based interventions within a single clinical setting. Treatment plans are individualized following psychiatric evaluation.

My recent experience with TMS therapy was much better than I expected, and honestly really eye-opening. Neogen Psychiatry made the whole process feel comfortable. The team as well as Shantall took the time to explain the benefits of TMS as someone who did not know a lot about the process in a way that really helped put me at ease. I’m very glad that I decided to move forward with it. I can genuinely say that my ongoing feelings of depression and even anxiety have decreased. I haven’t felt this way in a long time. Overall, it was a great first time experience, and I would genuinely recommend to anyone who’s struggling mentally to look into TMS therapy and reach out to Neogen Psychiatry & TMS.

My psychiatrist is great but the office staff is horrible. It’s taking me over a week to get a simple letter from the office stating that my health is in good condition. They don’t pick up the phone when you call. Automated system is terrible. I highly do not recommend using this company. I’ve been calling for a week to try to get someone on my phone. The online portal doesn’t work terrible customer service.

I have suffered from depression for so long I had forgotten what it was like to feel normal. Medications were not working. TMS seemed like a last resort. I just finished my last treatment and I cannot believe the change. I feel like a different person. I’m calmer, have hope for the future, more energy, and peace with myself. Thank you Dr. Fletcher! And thank you Shantall! Your smiling face and upbeat attitude was a pleasure to see everyday!
