This place is revolutionizing the way longevity and health are done in Fort Worth. Only recommended for those serious about combining health and fitness together. A regular workout looks like: PEMF Mat + Oxygen + Mild Red light therapy to get the body and cells going, then a quick but intense workout on the ARX or Vasper, then recovery in the sauna and cold plunge. All this in an hour. Compare that to going to the gym and getting on a treadmill and lifting weights…

It’s the last healthcare provider you are going to want to go to, period. As a father, business owner and highly active person, time is the one thing I can’t afford to waste! After meeting with the team at WLF, it just made sense to invest my time and money into working with them! It is a one stop shop for everything I need to maximize my care and give me more time back! With multiple muscle recovery care, amazing chiropractic care and high level performance training, it is literally a one-stop shop for everything I ever need! One of the best investments I’ve made for myself and my future, 10/10 highly recommend trying it out for yourself!

Being a runner means taking recovery seriously, and WLF has made this part of training something I actually look forward to! Dr Colton is intentional, takes the time to build a plan around goals, and treats you like an athlete and not just another appointment. The whole center is stacked with everything you need to stay healthy and perform as your best. I couldn't recommend enough.
