Farhin and neurofeedback gave me my life back. I was extremely depressed and anxious, unable to handle life with two young kids, and dealing with a slew of health issues when I came to Farhin. I noticed a nearly immediate difference when I started my treatments, and it only got better over the couple months I was in treatment. I have more mental clarity and energy and no longer deal with the exhausting depression and debilitating anxiety I had months ago. I also enjoyed our conversations about health, books, and life in general. Farhin is personable, knowledgeable, and kind, and I would recommend her to anyone!

I brought my son to Frisco Neurofeedback to receive neurofeedback to help his ADHD. I determined it would be more cost and time efficient to rent the unit and do the sessions at home. Farhin took the time to show us how to use the program, gave us everything we would need to get started, and followed up to see how things were going. My son has been using the device since December and has shown some positive effects. He notices it specifically as it relates to his ability to concentrate while reading. He had been having trouble with tracking lines across a page. He also says he feels "calmer" (a kid of few words!) Since we had the device at home, I was also able to use it (unlimited during the rental!). I went into it with no expectations one way or the other. I really just wanted to use it as a way to force myself to sit still and meditate to get myself in a better spot overall after having experienced a few years of high stress due to a family health situation. What I have observed for myself after two months of very consistent use is that my anxiety is greatly reduced, my brain fog is down, and I feel like my brain isn't being "squeezed" anymore. I am able to concentrate more at work. I very much look forward to the end of the day when I do my sessions - they are quite relaxing. I have already and would again recommend this program to friends!

Farhin worked wonders with our son who has ADHD and dyslexia. She is well versed in several modalities. I appreciate that she tailors her approach for each individual. We also rented a neurofeedback machine for the whole family to use at home, and we all benefited from using it. If you are looking into Neurofeedback, give Farhin a call. She is so knowledgeable and has a genuine passion for helping people.

I am thrilled with our results from Frisco Neurofeedback! Finding Farhin has been a lifesaver for our family! We had my 19 year old son and 13 year old daughter go through the sessions together. Their results have been obvious and so positive. My son struggles with ADD and Autism spectrum issues. He felt much more relaxed after the in person sessions. His ADD has lessened a great deal. Previous to the therapy he would struggle with conversations. He would try to tell us about his day and a maybe a story from work. He would often get side tracked telling his story or forget what he was he was talking about all together. After the therapy, he didn't get tongue tied or forget his stories. He also said he was able to pay attention to co-workers as they conversed. This was a challenge before. His grades have much improved this semester! He has felt like the therapy was very helpful. That is a lot coming from a 19 year old guy! My 13 year old daughter was also in therapy at the same time. She had amazing results! She has anxiety and had some major issues resulting from her anxiety that medication and talk therapy weren't helping much with. We started sessions and about halfway through her huge, overwhelming anxiety started melting away. I now have my amazing girl back! This was life changing for our family!! We had several options to choose from with different Neurofeedback companies. We chose Frisco Neurofeedback for several reasons: This is a whole body process. It is not just brain mapping, that only targets some portion of your brain. This helps your brain connect to your whole body through other targeted exercises of the feedback session. Farhin is very knowledgeable, helpful and works beautifully with people of all ages and struggles. We felt very safe with her Covid precautions and mask wearing. We did all our sessions in person.
