Today I attended an event at Light Heat Cryo, sponsored by BMW, and had the most amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, it truly felt like a family affair. I had the pleasure of meeting Steve, his lovely wife, their sweet baby Jet, along with his sister and parents everyone was so welcoming and kind. It was my first time trying any of these services, so I was super excited (and a little nervous). I was especially nervous about the cryotherapy, but it honestly wasn’t as bad as I thought! I only made it one minute, but I’m still proud of myself for trying it. The infrared red sauna was different than what I expected I thought it would be warmer but learning about all of the benefits made me appreciate it even more. I love sauna sessions in general, so this was still a great experience. However, my favorite service by far was the compression therapy. I could immediately tell a difference in my body afterward. After trying all of the services, I truly felt rejuvenated and refreshed. I would absolutely recommend checking out this cool wellness spot. If you go, tell them Shayla sent you not for a discount or anything, just so they know how you heard about them 😊

Excellent. Clean facility, smooth process, spa-like Cryo, which I always appreciate. Friendly staff. Professional and courteous. One of the best Cryo places out there. Highly recommended!
