Hair Loss Clinic

Unfortunately, this place overpromises and underdelivers. Not only are the services extremely overpriced (their scalp treatment was a glorified hair shampoo with essential oils and some combing after), it was extremely disorganized and the person who was taking care of me forgot about me during the treatment. Wasted almost $750 for a hair wash that didn't help my scalp psoriasis at all. Place feels very sales-y and everything the trichologist stated was just to make an extra buck. Keep in mind that I've been a nurse for 10 years and went in already knowing the condition of my scalp, and just wanted treatment. Also got charged for a 'hair analysis' that I never received the results for. Extremely disappointed that I wasted my time and hard earned money here. 2/10/2026: Editing to reply to owner on their blatant lies. -There was no 'recalibration' done. The tech shampooed my hair, forgot that I was sitting under the steam/red light device for way too long, and came back and brushed my hair. There was nothing else done. -Psoriasis is absolutely the reason I came in- and the only reason I visited. I had no concerns with hair loss at all. -What results are you speaking about? There were no photographs taken after, and there was no second visit scheduled. How did you see my hair density improve? -And to your outrageous claim, I have lived in Texas for all of my 34 years of life. And I currently still live here. What are you even talking about? I think you may have me confused with another patient that was unhappy. My one and only appointment was on August 31, 2023. Customers (aka patients) deserve to know the truth before they spend money at such establishments!

I’ve had the best experience with this Trichologist group! Everthing exceeded my expectations. Tamela was simply amazing! Absolutely loved her. Made me feel comfortable. The service was spectacular and relaxing for each visit! They serve us popcorn , tea, and soup. I has little to no edges when I first came in back in October. It’s April and my edges are back! Awesome team and service. Thank you ladies!

Communication and scheduling were disorganized, and some treatments felt rushed or incomplete. Several steps in the program were unclear or confusing. Given the high cost and long-term commitment required, I’d recommend trying individual services first to see if it’s a good fit.
