I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Drell and my experience with TMS treatment. From the very first consultation, Dr. Drell made me feel heard, supported, and hopeful. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer all questions, and check in throughout the process to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for. The TMS treatment itself has been truly life-changing. I have noticed a real improvement in my mood, energy, and overall outlook, and I am so grateful for the professional, compassionate care I received. The office is welcoming, the staff is kind, and the entire process was smooth and encouraging. Dr. Drell is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in his patients’ well-being. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone considering TMS or looking for a doctor who combines expertise with warmth and compassion.

I’ve been a patient with this doctor since I was a child and always held him in high regard. As an adult, I recently reached out to see if I could return to his care, trusting the familiarity and history we shared. Unfortunately, my experience with the office has been incredibly disheartening. I first called the front desk on May 19th to request a return to his patient roster. I was told they would follow up with me after speaking with the doctor. After not hearing back, I followed up myself on June 3rd—only to be told that the doctor would not take me back as a patient due to me allegedly being “non-compliant” in the past. I was shocked and disappointed, especially because the decisions and behaviors being referenced happened when I was a minor. As a child, I relied on adults—both in my family and within the medical system—to guide my care. I never expected that something from that time would be held against me now, especially when I’m actively seeking proper care and trying to take responsibility for my health as an adult. It’s heartbreaking to realize that a doctor I once admired would deny care without any direct conversation or opportunity for context. I expected more understanding and compassion from a provider who knew me during my most vulnerable years.

I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Drell and his whole staff. Dr Drell and his staff are very caring people and I appreciate them all. Thank you so much for giving me my life back I give TMS 5 stars. It is a huge commitment with life-changing results/ well worth it. I couldn't have done it without your whole team.
