My husband just left his appt and was told his pre-authorization for husband pain medicine "should be" ready. The PA did not check to ensure it has been done and authorized even after he told her he was out now. We have been trying to get his refill for a week now and with a freeze coming we will not be able to get out for at least a couple days.
We have also been calling for 2 weeks and no one is answering the phones or returning the messages we have left. I am sick and we had to arrange for someone to drive my husband to his appt because he is no longer able to drive. Our pharmacy has confirmed that they have not received the authorization yet also. Looks like I will have to go in to the office while sick to try to get this resolved. This is utterly ridiculous.

First of all the Automatic system is very very bad it won't let you get an agency on the phone when you say can I speak to an agency and it also keeps asking the same question like please put in your phone number or what is your date of birth multiple times and the thing that ticks me off is they keep saying I didn't get that or I don't understand when i said it very VERY CLEAR! Second of all the transportation needs to be worked on and took the people 2 hours to pick me up PLEASE FIX THESE THINGS! THANK YOU

I have seen that the pain center doesn't have great reviews so I thought I wanted to put in my experience. And I actually had a really good experience I didn't have any problems with anybody the staff was very nice The doctor listen to me And I was able to get some medication for my pain and also has set up other things to be done to check out all my pain and to see what's going on so I am sorry for the people that had bad experiences but I had a really good one !

I can not yet rate the service, I am still on the waiting room. But what I can rate are the chairs in such waiting room: THEY ARE AWFUL, UNCOMFORTABLE, INCONVENIENT, ABSURD. For people that come here to get treatment for some kind of physical problem, having these chairs that force you to be all bent and slumped is either mischievously intentional or absolutely foolish. Come on! The part where the back rests is all the way almost 2 feet from the edge of the seat. For elderly or somehow handicapped people that come here that means seating almost halfway laying bending their backs.
I hope somebody reads this and fix it accordingly
