Absolutely loved my experience! Ms. Kim made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything clearly. The environment was clean, calming, and professional. I left feeling lighter, more energized, and incredibly refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone considering colonics—it was truly a reset for my body! I’ve already scheduled my return visit prior to leaving as they book pretty quickly. Do yourself a favor and schedule a.s.a.p.

This was my first time visiting Pathways to Health and Wellness, and it was a great experience! I had the lymphatic and colon therapy session’s, and although I was a bit nervous at first, the team made me feel completely at ease. They were incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to talk me through the entire process, which I really appreciated. I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be scheduling more sessions in the future! Highly recommend!

Very beautiful clinic. The aesthetics are really cute in there and very well kept! Awesome experience all around from the moment you walk in. Thank you, Kim for being so knowledgeable and answering all the questions I had. Also showed me visuals as she was explaining with anatomy posters she had on the wall right next to her.

The scheduling process is a bit upsetting and unprofessional. First off there’s no one to answer your call to set up scheduling even though the website says call to schedule. Nether less I left a voicemail and someone reached out to me via text message and it gets sketchy from there. After making confirm to their policy through text which I found weird they said they could schedule my pre screening on May 19th I asked could we do it sooner since I’m experiencing complications and needing assistance sooner and they text back oh my apologies I meant to say May 9th (which would of been the next day) I thought perfect. Fast forward to the next day and no phone call I called and no one answered I text the number that text me to schedule the pre screening to follow up and they said they didn’t call because a client came in sooner than their scheduled appointment. Then proceeds to ask if we can schedule the pre screening for Tuesday, May 18 ( mind you May 18th is a Sunday and they are closed on Sundays.) When I asked could we still do it today (May 9) they said no because the owner is away “tending” to family and it’s only one person available. Im flabbergasted at the unprofessionalism and seems this is not an actual facility due to the lack of communication. I declined and told them I’d go somewhere else . I was hoppy to do a closed colonics and this is the only place I could find. But my gosh they have to do better and what a inconvenience. Not a good first impression at all!! Nn

I was worried about reaching out to this center for information after reading negative reviews in Google regarding difficulties with scheduling. I have to say this was the only place (out of 3 I called) from where I received a call back, they replied in less than 24 hours and on a Saturday no less. I had a consultation appointment set up in less than 24 business hours. Good customer service is always appreciated!
