I am so happy with Fernando Zorrillas' services and help. I am postpartum and nursing and suffered from huge weight gain after birth to the point that I struggled with myself and started to get unhealthy. After my thorough consultation, he gave me suggestions for adjusting my diet and some supplements to help my metabolism. I have just followed this treatment plan for a few weeks and I even allow myself some "cheat days" and I feel healthier, more energetic and my weight is dropping at a continuous healthy pace with no effort at all. Many of our health issues come definitely from our diet and how we treat our bodies. Having someone who understands the human body on so many levels, who can explain to you how everything works together with such knowledge and passion is rare and I am very happy with the help I received. I can not understand the negative reviews, these must come from people who were not happy with hearing the truth about their lifestyle and were probably looking for a quick solution and a "wonder drug" to fix them up. Everyone who struggles with lifestyle-related issues should consider a consultation with Fernando Zorrilla and his team.
