Staff has been extremely helpful with our youngest and making her feel at ease with her treatments. Our oldest started yesterday and loved it. Our family has all recovered from treatments and the staff is always helpful and great with information.

Sadly I had a bad experience. Cryo was fine but the front desk person was very rude. I wanted to like this place because it's close to my house. If I go again, because I'm in constant pain, and this person isn't there I will change this. I saw the high rating and I believe that for the cryo is good but the attitude of some of the staff (1 person that was there) needs improvement. I don't need you to apologize here, I will come in one day and Ill change this review if your staff's attitude is better.

The treatment I received was great, but all of the knowledge and explanations that was explained to me while I was receiving the treatment is what made the experience a 10. Very good 1st impression on my 1st time visiting.
