I have been going to this establishment for years. I gave it 5 stars with excellent comments. I drive out of my comfort zone just to get an adjustment. I bought a package of 6 adjustments this last time. It included other perks, such as a 12 B shot, which was not given to me 3 times in a row, was offered tens unit treatment for one visit! LOL. Package also included Roller Bed Therapy · Vibe Plate Session and the adjustment. On my last visit, I did not get anything except an adjustment and a 10 minute tens unit. I am so disappointed. I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I wrote 3 emails to them letting them know I was not satisfied, but have not heard back. I wish I could get my money back that is owed for not getting what I paid for. I will not be going back. B-12 Injection

Dr Petry always gets me right! On this particular day she was doing paperwork and her secretary wasn’t in yet. She checked me in, did my therapy, and scheduled me for my next appointment. Talk about full service!! I’m so grateful for a practitioner who takes care of me and my back. She always thinks about your total health, not just your back. Thank you Dr Petry!

Waited a long time in office just to see NP, not doctor... Still haven't heard if they accept my insurance which means costs upfront... Told me the exact same remedies as my regular doctor but wanted to add chiropractic adjustments to my regime. To say the least after waiting for the appointment through 2 cancelations, I was disappointed and probably won't go back.
