I've been a member for 4 years and it's been a great experience for me. I'm a very big supporter and I'm not a young guy. All of my little aches and pains are gone. You can be in and out In 10 minutes. Hypermax oxygen to therapy has great benefits. I have been coming to Cold Fit Cryotherapy for a while and I really enjoy myself cause my joint pains do subside. Therefore I’m able to get a lot done without any problems. I encourage everyone to check Cryotherapy out. Especially if you need energy to get through the day.

My son was having pain in his knee had gone through therapy and rehab and still was having pain. We gave it a shot at Cryotherapy and Abby was amazing very helpful and explained everything the whole process. When my son finished came out did some squats up and down felt the pain go away his smile finally able to do a squat and not feel pain was amazing. We definitely coming back

It’s an ok place. Front Desk lady is not very friendly. Don’t sign up for a special cause good luck canceling it if you plan to by the way no where is the contract does it say you can’t cancel. Numerous emails sent to cancel and they never did and even refused to. The few times I used the membership, i went they didn’t seem to keep up with the chamber. There was alway something broken or messed up. Overall a so so experience for 150 month.

Loved the experience of the chamber itself as I love the cold. It's definitely a mental and physical challenge to push yourself past your comfort zone. However, the chamber itself was all there was to enjoy. From day one of signing the contract, I didn't see the contract. The receptionist had a paper in front of me with simple terms and conditions and told me to sign electronically to a signature machine. I trusted her word, however asked for a copy immediately so I can read the terms myself which she responded their printer needed ink. That was in February. I continued to ask for my paper work in March and was told the printer is broken. Come April, I knew I was moving and asked for the manager to call me as I needed a copy of my contract and normally when you move to a location where the business cannot provide service, that voids the cancellation fee and contract. However, the front representatives continued to tell me the owner said she'll email me the contract. One representative showed me the contract on the computer which didnt show any cancellation fees as I had previously been told there would be one regardless of me moving to a location where the business fails to provide service. Here we are in May and by now I've asked more than ten times for someone to give me my paper work. The front representatives truly are only there to collect a paycheck. This business lacks customer service problem solving. No one seems to care about the business itself. I am very disappointed as the chamber itself was a great experience but the service of the owner and employees is highly lacking. I would not recommend this as it shouldn't take excessive customer effort to get a copy of the contract to read the terms for the cancellation fee. It all feels very shady. Cancelling at the end of this month and will not recommend this location as it fails to address its customers concerns but yet my card gets charged $150 every month on the first. Update: Very shady and uncaring vibe. Company continues to attempt to charge my card despite my cancelling. I’m getting calls from ABC systems and I continue calling Coldfit Therapy and they never answer. Involved the Better Business Bureau for a solution. Lastly, the drawers are not monitored or upkept by the employees. The clean gloves, socks and masks get mixed in with the dirty ones. Instructions were given to me incorrectly from the start. The lady employee told me the top drawer was for dirty items when the label on the drawer says clean. I believe this is what's causing the confusion with its customers. If you go in the evening, it’s tougher to get the items needed to enter the chamber. Final update: the Better Business Bureau was able to get this company to stop charging my card. The owner called me and blamed her employees completely. Said she hadn’t been contacted or even heard of my request which is a lie. I personally watched the employees send her text messages and call her in front of me. The owner sounded nice, polite and shocked that the BBB contacted her. She agreed to close my contract without fees as I moved two hours away. However, I asked her for a confirmation of when she closed my contract and contacted ABC systems was finalized so I can tell the BBB the issue was resolved. She never did and so when I called back to the number she called me from she answered and said I had the wrong number and never call that number again. Then I texted in which my messages turned from blue to green (iPhone) which meant she blocked me. I called and went straight to voicemail. Never heard from her again so I let the BBB team handle it as she never gave me a confirmation. They eventually closed the case. The owner is extremely shady. Will never do or recommend business here.
