Motion Is Medicine

Surgeon told me 3 separate surgeries, 6 months apart, back to back. Torn labrum, moderately severe tendinitis with mild to moderate partial thickness tearing in the gluteus minimus and medius insertions. I had lost my way of life - I love to move, go, exercise, etc. and it was all gone. Constant pain. A friend recommended Dr. Clearfield. Dr. Clearfield and his staff have been such a welcomed support in my healing journey. For years, I have suffered from a lack of mobility due to persistent ankle sprains. I received a combination of shockwave therapy, nutraceuticals, and PRP injections and though my progress was slower than any of us wanted, the climb up toward healing continues to trend in the right direction. I’ve walked with a limp for almost 20 years and for the first time, have hope that I’ll gain full mobility soon. I already have more range of motion and much less laxity in the impacted areas.
