I can’t say enough good things about this place! I’ve have 3 major scoliosis repair surgeries and thought I would just have to live in pain for the rest of my life. I went from Dr. to Dr. and just wound up in tears because no one understood until I found Dr. Gajraj.
He listened to me for quite a while and didn’t rush me out like most. He and his staff have become an important part of my life ❤️
Mandy and team do a phenomenal job in the office! His PA Sarah has helped me drastically turn my health around. Highly suggest!!! I’ve done the ozone injections here as well and felt a real difference. If you have back pain then I suggest this place!!! Seriously!!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Gajraj for my chronic pain due to Rheumatoid Arthritis, neuropathy and spine disease for quite some time. He’s helped me through 3 spine/neck surgeries, knee surgery and a wrist/hand surgery. I don’t know how I would have survived the pain had it not been for him. Excellent Doctor.

I have seen Dr. Gajraj for years. The doctor and office staff used to be amazing, but now they seem like they don't care & you're just another number. When there are issues, like a pharmacy not receiving a prescription, it is extremely time consuming and frustrating to get things fixed. You can call and leave messages & if you are lucky, just maybe that office will call you back, maybe. The doctor used to talk to you and listen to what is going on in your life and sometimes even make good connections to how things could be connected, but now it seems like they just don't have time for you & in my opinion, in talking to the office staff, it feels like they couldn't care less.
Of all the doctors I've seen over the years, this is the only one that consistently seems to have issues with their electronic prescription system. It's about 50/50 if the pharmacy will receive the new prescription & if there is some issue, forget about it, because they only submit scripts at the end of the day & even if there are issues, don't expect them to actually call the pharmacy and confirm receipt. When things get messed up, don't expect any help, empathy or concern, but if you leave a message out of frustration and in pain, DO EXPECT to get a call and to be read the riot act & threatened by the withholding of medical care by the office manager, not the doctor. This place used to be a good place for healing, but something has drastically changed & now it's more like visiting the DMV than a care provider.

Dr Garjaj is an egoistic who is more interested in quantity and not quality. He is extremely unprofessional and yells at his patients. And don’t be surprised if you get a bill long after seeing him for treatment you never received. The practice is chaotic and confusing and when you arrive for treatment you must pay or not be seen no matter your condition and pain. The dollar is the only motivation for this practice. Please don’t trust him.

Dr. Gajraj has been able to pinpoint my source of pain and it is under control at this point. I also have had several appointments with his PA, Sarah Levy, and she has also been very helpful. She listens well and makes very good suggestions. She is obviously very sensitive to patient problems. With all this I can highly recommend the North Texas Center for Pain Management.
