Doctors might be good. But I never got a chance to see one. After receiving an evaluation And having a procedure recommended. I was unable to make the procedure appointment and canceled by phone in time as they requested, but then they wanted a second evaluation before I could schedule another procedure. I think these people think more of themselves then they do of their patients. I'm in a lot of pain and need immediate treatment. But now, must. start over and see a new doctor. Supervisor called me after I posted this review and we are working out the administrative problems and I have scheduled an appointment. Will let you know how things go.

Very friendly staff. Dr Howard Kagan and his team combine professionalism with compassion and genuinely seem to care about helping me get back to my old self. I couldn’t recommend Epic Pain Mgt more.
