I had the absolute BEST experience at Wound Evolution! The clinic staff was knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Benavides was thorough and professional. Nurse Ariela offered great care and always with a smile which put me at ease! The hyperbaric chambers were well run. The facility is VERY clean. Lisa managed the chambers efficiently. She was also so kind and helpful in not only operating the chambers but also with helping me watch movies and television shows. Claudia at the front desk was very helpful in booking my appointments. She was also a wonderful smiling face to see when arriving! Overall, I absolutely recommend this practice and facility for all of your wound care needs! Ten out of ten!

Okay. The care is first rate! Staff in San Antonio is outstanding. But getting in and out of a sloped walkway leading up to the heavy door that does NOT have an automatic door opener nor a railing to hold on to is DANGEROUS! What do folks who are solo, with wounds and lymphedema do? Wrong!! The owner needs to step up and make the investment if she can’t get the property management company (Transwestern) to do it. This situation is ripe for someone to fall and get hurt. FIX IT PLEASE. There is no excuse to not provide a safer entrance for patients who are seeking care.
