I had an amazing experience with my Halo laser procedure. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Ellie was especially wonderful—she made sure all of my questions were answered and took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable and informed. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to push any additional treatments or products, which made the experience feel very genuine and patient-focused. The doctor was also very informative and took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect. On top of that, the front desk receptionist was very kind and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Overall, this was a very positive experience from start to finish. I felt well taken care of and confident in the team. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Halo laser procedure!
