Being in high energy work, and a mom of three I came in today for the vibration and sound bath for some nervous system work - let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I am confident with regular visits combined with my chiropractor visits my nervous system and body will work its way back into balance and begin to mend and heal! 10/10 recommend, very peaceful, clean and health focused at Local Branch Cyro.

My experience at LocalBranchCryo was beyond amazing, The environment is comfortable and very well maintained. Jessica is such an amazing person she never fails to make anyone feel welcomed and valued. I would recommend this studio to anyone who wants a nice self care day or even someone who is looking for injury recovery. There are sessions fit for anyone regardless of age and needs. My personal favorite session is InHarmony, I have never felt so relaxed. As a student in multiple extracurriculars, It was nice to have a break from my busy schedule. I definitely recommend!

Wonderful wellness center with plenty of choices based on your needs. I was in a rear end auto accident and have strained muscles and inflammation throughout my body. The full body Red Light therapy with PEMF mat was so warm and soothing, just what I need to recover quickly. Highly recommended by my Chiropractor too! So glad I found this healing place!
