I just attempted my first appointment and have immediately cancelled. The new patient staff was lovely but the front desk was not kind. I got caught in traffic and contacted the clinic. They said it would be fine to continue on and attend my appointment but said it would need to end at the same time. I was fine with that. However, that call was with new patient employees and did not make it to the front staff employee. I ended up cancelling my services due to the interaction with the front office staff and all future services, knowing that would be an additional fee.

I’ve been working with Melanie Kelsey for the past 8 months and I have nothing but positive things to say about her! She has truly changed my life. Her attention to detail and care for her patients is unmatched. I feel like a completely different person, in the best way possible. She’s extremely knowledgeable and great to work with! I’ve also been seeing Melanie S., the nutritionist, and she is top notch as well! She’s been able to help me implement a diet that is sustainable, realistic and healthy! Love working with them both!

Where to even begin... Melanie has been an absolute game-changer in my journey towards better health. When I first sought her help, I was at a breaking point, grappling with emotional and physical fatigue due to endometriosis/ autoimmune issues and the associated challenges. Melanie's holistic approach and personalized health plan have transformed my body and mind over the past three months. Her confidence, knowledge, and unwavering support have been a lifeline, offering me the sustainable support I've longed for through out the years. Through meticulous diagnostics and thoughtful diagnosis, she has guided me towards a health protocol that has significantly reduced my pain and improved my overall daily quality of life, I feel empowered and hopeful. While Melanie equips me with the right tools and resources, I've had to meet her halfway by making consistent changes in my diet and lifestyle. I'm immensely grateful for Melanie's compassion and guidance during a time when I felt isolated and invalidated. Her ability to listen and provide support has truly been a beacon of hope in my life. Thank you, Melanie, for your dedication and unwavering support, there’s so much light wrapped up in what you do and for that I’m forever grateful!
