Working with Jeff was like finding the emergency exit in the middle of a dumpster fire. He helped me navigate through bad dates, my ex-wife drama, and the hardest thing of all, believing in myself again. Jeff doesn’t just listen, he gets it. He went above and beyond, giving me tools to handle life’s chaos and reminding me I’m not as broken as my dating history suggests. If therapy was a comedy club, Jeff would be the headliner. He’s funny, insightful, and somehow making my mess of a story feel like a setup for a comeback. Highly recommend him if you want a therapist who’s more than just a clipboard and a nod. Go see him!

I recently had the opportunity to experience a neurofeedback and brain mapping session, and it was transformative! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt a sense of calm and professionalism that carried throughout the entire experience. Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through each step, making sure I understood the process and felt comfortable. His insights and knowledge really showed through his deep understanding of my scan and sleep challenges. I can’t wait to see Jeff again and learn from his experience. Honestly, the brain mapping session was fascinating. As I watched real-time data being collected, I gained an incredible insight into how my brain functions. The technology used was cutting-edge, and the detailed explanation provided after the session helped me understand areas of brain activity that are functioning optimally, as well as areas where improvement could be made. I would highly recommend neurofeedback and brain mapping to anyone looking to enhance their cognitive performance, emotional balance, or overall mental health. It’s an experience that will leave you feeling empowered and equipped with a deeper understanding of your brain’s incredible potential!

I have been to several therapists throughout my life. I was not happy with my experience with Jeff Horton, unfortunately. After writing a long intake before my appointment explaining my history of physical abuse he did not read it. During my initial appointment I said something about being tired and hoping I didn't fall asleep. He then pretended to punch me. It was weird and unprofessional. He then made jokes at the expense of his wonderful assistant Judy. She is in her 70's and he was saying things about her being a stripper, etc. I loved Judy but Jeff just did not sit well with me. I've found another neurofeedback practitioner and have asked for my money back from Jeff. He will not do so. It's so hard to go to a new therapist in the first place. My experience was not great.
