Loved being able to talk with Jen about my health and wellness after completing my first ever 100 mile ultra. She went over blood work and talked about supplements. Entering into my 40’s it was nice to feel validated and have a discussion about mental well being as well as health.

Jen cares so much about my wellness and researches peer reviewed research to make sure she knows the best options for me. I don’t have to go to the web, worrying if a source is credible. She educated me on how to reduce my headaches and prevent reductions in bone density, have better quality sleep, lower my A1c, and become stronger overall!
