I got an IV and facial and it was so relaxing and very well done! The facial was very thorough and not rushed at all. I felt like they used high end products and spent extra time making it special for me. Service was awesome, people were awesome and overall would 10/10 recommend!

Heather is the G.O.A.T! So knowledgeable and so trustworthy. Everything she was going over, in regards to my Hashimoto and hormonal health was spot on, I could feel it in my gut that her advice was correct and logical! I can tell EACH person in that building truly cares about supporting people to feel their very best! I couldn’t recommend Palma Vita enough and Lara is such a delight, she is their office manager and just a 10/10 human being! I could hang out there all day just to chat with Lara. I did t he hormone consultant with Nurse Heather. PLEASE go see her if you’re struggling at all with low energy, irritability, insomnia, hair loss or anything that just feels “off”. Thank you Dr. Josh Redd for creating such an intentional and beautiful space for healing!!! I’d be lost without you guys!
