This place honestly and SURPRISINGLY did change my life! After experiencing some mind blowing traumas in recent years I developed PTSD so badly I felt like my heart was always racing toward a panic attack and my memory was shot. If I didn’t create reminders in my phone for even the simplest of things I would not remember it. I was scared I was actually getting dementia! And their seemed no hope in sight for PTSD I thought I would just always be broken, that it was my new normal. And then I was referred to Alpha NeuroHealth and it was like an honest to goodness answer to so many prayers. I no longer have anxiety at all and I can actually remember things like a normal person again! Even if I think back on my traumas, it just feels like experience now that I have moved on and healed from. Truly incredible no wonder Dr. Phil has been talking about this therapy for over a decade now. Also the service is incredible I really felt surrounded by care and like they valued me. I just can’t say enough good! SO WORTH IT. If you have any neurological issues, I KNOW this will help you a great deal

Doing the Neurofeedback was helpful to me. I personally needed more than twenty sessions, as I had a crisis in the middle of my rounds, but I do feel the program helped me deal with the event with more calm than I would have had otherwise. I'm still struggling with insomnia though. I would recommend this program to all who seek help dealing with life's issues. The staff are amazing and supportive!

I am happy to review Alpha NeuroHealth Clinic. I don't live in St George, but these guys are willing to bend over backwards to make it work for you and your circumstances. I really appreciated that. Everything was top quality and professional. I have no problem recommending this business.

I have struggled with anxiety my whole life and the folks at Alpha NeuroHealth Clinic helped me overcome obstacles I had been stuck trying to overcome for 3+ years. You will not find a group of people that care more than those here. Fantastic people and incredible technology I haven’t seen anywhere else. They’re equipment is far superior to what other facilities are using. I highly recommend them.

If you're anything like me, you're searching for reviews on this business to find out if it's legitimate, if it really works. I don't hesitate to give Alpha NeuroHealth Clinic my full recommendation. The research I read said neurofeedback had a positive effect for about 4 out of 5 people, which to me are pretty good odds. I've tried a variety of treatments for depression and anxiety, few of which had any significant effect on my daily life. Neurofeedback was a new concept for me when I came across Alpha NeuroHealth Clinic on Facebook, though I've heard of biofeedback for lowering blood pressure. For those who are curious like I was, neurofeedback involves wearing a "magic hat" while watching movies transition from grey scale to color and back again, depending on the state of your brain waves, and you can pick the movie. :-) I did my research, and went in for a consultation. Now, this is where I really got hooked... they had real-time data to show me, and I'm nothing if not a numbers girl. My Z-score was 3.7 standard deviations away from the average woman my age. Didn't have to tell me twice my brain was kinda messy, so I decided to go for it. I was excited to hear that they accept flexible spending account cards for payment, and while they don't bill your health insurance directly, they do give you the form with the codes to request reimbursement, if covered. I started coming in twice a week for pyschotherapy/neurofeedback sessions with Dr. Lytle. By the 2nd/3rd session, I was seeing some improvement, and was having more good days than bad days, brain-wise. I completed my 7th session a few weeks ago, and my life has become practically normal once more. I have more mental clarity, which helps me pause and process stimuli rationally, rather than reacting irrationally. After my 6th session, I had another real-time brain wave scan to see my progress, and I had dropped from 3.7 stdev to only 1.7 stdev. The progress was real, noticeable, and has had a positive effect on the quality of my relationships, career, and my inner world.
