I am extremely disappointed in this office. Our family has been going here for over 5 years and despite enjoying the way this office has approached health in a more natural way, we almost always get extra bills that we have to call in to have removed. We have used many of their extra programs and at the beginning felt very cared for and built some wonderful relationships with the practitioners and staff. I still feel very grateful for the help and support we've had from the Chiropractor Dr. Gustafson, and Carol Stowell, now retired. The owner has also been supportive and kind to us when we've had these billing discrepancies. However, in trying to get the staff and billing to understand the issues, they have been harder and harder to work with and this last year have sent such outrageous bills for yearly checkups (which our insurance covers completely) that I can't do it anymore. I have learned to double check when scheduling to make sure my appointment is labeled as the yearly wellness checkup. I check again when I arrive to make sure it is still labeled as such (and it never has been- they always label it wrong!) and then 3-4 months later, I get a bill, showing they charged me $210 for a covered checkup, and I'm responsible for $147 of it. My insurance somehow is told it is for a specialty visit. I'm done with this insanity. I wonder if their healthier options are just a front to get as much money out of people as they can, pretending to be incompetent and blame it on the newbie or something. This gives a bad name to alternative health offices and is a sickening blow to anyone trying to get out of the toxic medical system to someplace safer and more well-rounded, only to come to an alternative toxic system.

Dr. Turner is great. Love that he doesn't jump straight to medication and takes a holistic approach to identifying root cause of symptoms. However the administrative staff is awful. I've had to correct billing & coding issues on multiple occasions, been overcharged and had to chase credit, and constantly forced to do all the legwork to get prescriptions filled. Not only that, most of them are downright rude through the process. I'll recommend IF you have the time and patience to do all of your own administrative work.

this place gives me the creepies. i went to a presentation about adhd or something and they made it all jesus-centric. and now i just received a text saying i have a balance you want me to pay to a random hotmail account? sketch as hell. send me an actual itemized bill. this place is whack. avoid it. the only good dr recently retired.
