I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Johnson and his wellness program. I had a great experience working with Thrive. My overall well-being improved significantly throughout the program and even my family and friends noticed I seem happier. The different stages of the program made it easy to make lifestyle changes and did not feel overwhelming at all. I felt supported throughout the whole thing. If you're considering giving Thrive a shot I would definitely say to go for it.
