Gentle Wellness Center

Thrilled with the care and service - early results showing. I consulted with Jessie (love her!) in late July and today (early September) was my 4th treatment with her using Neveskin for my neck and jaw. I have nothing but good things to say about her care and service! Results have been slow, but I'm starting to see and feel a difference. I absolutely recommend this location and this service, but caution that good things can take time.

I had an introductory call with Andrea and, unfortunately, found her approach to be far from gentle. The conversation was weird and misaligned, she didn’t seem to listen fully and was more focused on offering her own opinions and dismissing patient experience rather than listening and collaborating. That was on an introductory call, I wouldn’t want to imagine how it would be as an actual patient. While the clinic offers a range of valuable modalities (which initially drew me in), Andrea spoke to me as though I were uninformed, despite my clearly expressed experience and background in navigating my diagnosis. I was hoping for a mutual, respectful exchange. If Andrea is the only provider available, I’ll have to seek care elsewhere with someone who values patient insight into their own body and experiences, especially when working with those who are already under the care of other established providers.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the Gentle Wellness Center has been to me. I am so pleased with the results, but most importantly I am most excited about how the staff treats me each and every visit. They go out of their way to make me feel so comfortable, actually like a queen and are always so concerned that I am always satisfied with my treatment. In addition to the visits, their follow up is just as amazing! I would highly recommend the Gentle Wellness Center in Fairfax, Virginia if you are interested in any of their treatments.
