Dr. Misty Paul and her team at Basics First Chiropractic are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind! I've had fantastic experiences there when I had problems with my foot. Basics First has always been fantastic. I’ve been going to see Dr. Paul for almost 3 years and not only is she incredibly knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and understanding. After my son was born I had severe and progressing muscle pain. Massages and stretching were not helping but after a few visits with Dr. Paul I started to feel huge improvement. I feel worlds better now even though it does flare occasionally, but never to the level it started. The staff is also awesome and the office is truly relaxing. I will always recommend Basic’s First.
