Tier 1 Therapy Centers

We recently started hyperbaric oxygen therapy with Tier 1 Therapy Center and at our first visits we met Sara, Chief Patient Coordinator and Dr Gail Steckler along with their staff at their Norfolk location. All are very professional, kind and sincerely dedicated to helping others. With Dr. Steckler we learned of her expertise in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy having been in the field the last 20 years in Hampton Roads. We learned their facility has been providing professional therapies in Norfolk since 2012. How did we not know! They are quite welcoming, supportive and extremely knowledgeable of the benefits oxygen therapy provides for the treatment of late stage Lyme disease, which as some may know can be very debilitating. We also learned that other brain injuries and diagnoses can benefit as well — traumatic brain injury, faster surgical healing, reduction of inflammation, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, long covid, MS, etc. How amazing so many others can benefit too. We personally had significant improvement in symptoms the first week of full time treatment. It gave us much renewed hope. Tier 1 offers additional therapies to complement hyperbaric oxygen including neuro feedback and near infrared light therapy which we are also utilizing. We are grateful to have found Sara and Dr. Steckler and Tier 1 and we would 100% recommend their caring and compassionate treatment that gave us proven results and most importantly hope for the future managing this disease moving forward. I went to Tier 1 Therapy for HBOT to help expedite my healing after surgery, and I had the best experience. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough, which made the entire process feel comfortable and reassuring. I absolutely recommend Teir 1 Therapy Centers to anyone in need of HBOT! They truly went above and beyond to help me heal after a recent surgery. I specifically want to shout out Kayleigh who came in on a Saturday and opened up the chamber for me so that I could get therapy asap! She was so fantastic and made me feel so comfortable in a scary time. The ENTIRE staff is amazing!
