Dr Claire Hannes is so compassionate, caring, professional, intelligent, and an excellent listener. I have a complex health history and various skin manifestations that have been chronic for years. Dr Hannes has been so helpful and develops productive plans to address my needs. She is always willing to provide the information I need to make an informed decision about my health. I do enjoy working with her because she listens to my concerns and genuinely helps me to work towards holistic healing. She is truly an exceptional doctor and truly cares about the needs of her patients. If she doesn't know the answer to something or an area of concern for me is not in her scope of specialty, she is very knowledgeable about recommending alternatives or a different provider to help with my needs. I highly recommend working with Dr Hannes if you are seeking true, compassionate, and exceptional care. She can help you. It may take some time to navigate thru your health concerns based on your case, but she will meet you along the way and offer the best support she can. I do enjoy having her as my primary dr. Thank you Dr Hannes for being kind and caring about people. You are a gem in the healthcare field.
Plus, all the front office staff at OCH are exceptional in their customer service and care for patients. You all have made my health journey a positive experience. I appreciate all of you and commend you for your care and service. Thank you OCH!

I’d highly recommend anyone in the greater Seattle area give One Connection Healthcare a chance. I went to medical school with the owners, Dr. Lily and Dr. Rak, and was impressed by them then—and continue to be now. They’re both smart, hardworking, and genuinely good people, and I have a lot of respect for the healing center they’ve built. I would trust any of my friends or family in their care. I also know they hold their team to high standards, so you really can’t go wrong with any of their providers.

I would give 5/5 stars just to Dr. Claire Hannes. For One Connection Healthcare, I am taking a star off simply because I have had issues with your front desk staff and their attitude. They display a lack of empathy while interacting with patients. I have had two instances where there was no empathy. One where I made the mistake of the appointment time. The front desk said no it was at a certain time and that I needed to get on my Telehealth appointment now or I will be charged. I told them I was driving and couldn’t take it. They then said they’ll charge my card and that I needed to call to schedule an appointment. I could not schedule it online. The second time happened today. I received a message stating that Dr. Hannes was wondering if I wanted an earlier appointment due to my lab results and there was a time at 9am (mind you they texted me at 850a). I simply asked if it was urgent because my labs have been being watched closely. I got a response stating “Taylor, I am only reaching out because Dr. Hannes wondered if you wanted the earlier appointment. I have no input on your labs. It is past the time for the appointment.” I simply asked if they were urgent. I knew it was passed time but wanted to be sure. I have since looked at my labs and they have multiple things out of range. Please have more empathy especially since you’re the first individual that is seen at the clinic. It costs nothing to be nice.

I've been in therapy off and on for over 35 years and Kristy is by far the best therapist I've ever had. She listens without judgment, provides helpful feedback, suggestions, and practical guidance that I actually use. I look forward to seeing her smile at the beginning of each appointment. She is is such a breath of fresh air and a ray of light to me. She has helped me more than I can ever put into words
Kristy also recommended Dr. Hearst and she is equally wonderful in her own way. I feel heard and seen. That is not always easy to find in a medical provider. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. It makes me feel hopeful that my health issues will improve. That means so much to me.
I am incredibly thankful for the excellent care I am receiving.

TLDR: queer trans and fat affirming, neuro and body inclusive, culturally and ethically responsible, and a priceless clinic for those with medical trauma, complex chronic illness, etc. basically, if healthcare is a nightmare to you, this is as good as it gets right now.
Details:
This clinic has been a lifeline for me for the past several years. They offer the most reasonable able and accessible neurofeedback packages I’ve ever seen on the west coast. They’re impressively inclusive and community conscious for a small PNW office (sensory room, flexible bathroom options to affirm gender and support privacy needs, large lobby chairs, etc).
Dr Alison Hearst is a priceless support and resource for me as I navigate profound, life altering, continuous health challenges. She is not just more knowledgeable than the vast majority of providers out there (trust me, it took me years to find her), but she is truly holistic in both her skillset and approach. She can flux between primary care, psychospiritual support, body worker, etc and her presence is gentle and sweet. She is a patient advocate first and foremost in a way I’ve never experienced before. She is a pioneer provider in healthcare in all these ways and more. Complex chronic illness patients like myself *need* providers like her. She is certainly a pioneer in her field and hopefully representative of where healthcare will be as we move forward collectively.
