I was completely fed up with my PCP telling me my hormones were where they should be. I found Dr Mack 5 years ago and since receiving Bio Identical Hormone Therapy I feel more balanced & have a more overall well sense of being. I am a former patient of Dr. Mack’s. I have needed statement documentation for months. Messages/texts have been ignored. Correspondence is non existent. Her hours are fleeting and there is no one at the front office to handle questions or billing issues
