Alida is a compassionate and caring therapist. The feedback she provided, helped my son, emotionally regulated, and reduced his impulsivity and hyperactivity. For myself, it really helped with reducing my anxiety and calming down my sympathetic system . The brain map Alida did for my son, provided a lot of insights and help helped us to come up with a treatment plan that effectively helped him calm down his sympathetic system and be more able to emotionally regulate and stay in his window of tolerance emotionally when presented with complex situations.

Alida has been an amazing asset to my family for the last decade. She navigated us through the tumultuous teen years. She eased some of our neuro-spicy brains through neurofeedback. She has always been there when we needed her. I cannot recommend her highly enough for both adults and kids.
