Great first experience! Fantastic customer service- my dental hygienist, Rebecca, was extremely friendly and did a really thorough cleaning. Dr. Havel spent a significant amount of time with me after my cleaning to examine my teeth and discuss other questions that I had. The receptionist was quick, friendly, and well informed of the different dental services offered. I never felt pressured to do any unnecessary/extra services. The office was modern, inviting, and had wonderful windows in every room. Highly recommend this dental practice!

I walked into the office and there was no receptionist at the front desk. I ended up waiting at least 15 mins before she came back to her desk to check me in. Horrible start and terrible first impression!! Then I had to paid $100 just to have Dr. Havel tell me that she pretty much would nickle and dime me to death for 10 years when it comes to treating sleep apnea. Also she is falsely advertising NightLase service in TV commercials. She doesn't tell you in the commercial that not only will you have to do NightLase (treatment every 21 days and it will be more than 3 times more like 3 years+) but you have to wear an appliance and it will be a 10 year commitment blah, blah, blah. I will never go back and would never recommend anyone to go to her. Unless they want to throw $400+ at her every visit. Her commercial should tell people that!!
