What a city hub is (and is not)
A city hub is a filtered view of Directory listings for a place. A city×treatment hub narrows that view to clinics associated with a treatment label (for example PRP in Dallas).
These pages are discovery tools. They are not outcome rankings. Regenerated does not use unearned "Best" language in titles as a quality promise.
Listing ≠ endorsement. A card on a hub means the listing cleared inclusion rules for display. It does not mean we promise results for your case.
Counts, cards, and pagination
The count in a title or header should match clinics in the result set you can actually browse (with pagination). If a page says it has more clinics than the first screen shows, keep paging. Do not treat a count as a medical density grade.
Thin hubs exist. Some combinations have few clinics. Some stay lightly enriched on purpose. A thin page is a supply fact, not a secret ranking signal.
Badges and labels you will see
Score: directory ranking signals. Score ≠ spend. Organic rank is not for sale.
Verified: the clinic completed claim and verification steps for profile control and credential checks as defined in vetting docs. Verified ≠ paid placement.
Featured / Sponsored (when present): labeled paid placement. Separate from organic results. Not a medical ranking.
Claimed: profile control by the clinic operator. Not an outcome guarantee.

Enrichment vs thin pages
Some hubs carry unique intros, FAQs, or review-count chrome. That enrichment helps readers and indexing rules. It is not a promise that enriched cities have better medicine than thin ones.
Missing enrichment is not a clinical judgment about the modality.
How to use a hub without fooling yourself
Read the treatment label on the filter. Confirm it matches what you are shopping for.
Open clinic profiles. Check who is named, what modalities they list, and whether the profile looks claimed or verified.
Ignore "best of" vibes. Compare written plans and credentials yourself.
Use national treatment hubs when a city filter is empty or oddly thin.
