This place is incredible! I've done both their Infared Sauna and Float Therapy treatment. Each experience exceeded my expectations. The facility is cozy and exceptionally clean. I didn't realize how deeply beneficial the sauna experience was until it knocked my oncoming cold out in less than 24-hours. I added on an salt auromatherapy to my 45-minute sauna session for $5. Owner Jodi is so knowledgable and her staff is wonderful too.

My first time here. A gift from my dear friend. For me, Elevate Wellness is a hidden gem. Wonderful people and a beautiful facility. The float experience is incredible. I will be back. Thank you Terin!

I gave a 4 star because I did not like that there is not another room to change. You have to shower before and after and get dressed in that same area which was not convenient. The actual floating experience was amazing, and I will be doing it again. That was just a thing to note. I would also bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for afterwards. I was also told there would be complimentary tea afterwards. Then I was told I had to pay for it after going back to the lobby.
