Had my first appointment with Dr Banks today for my pregnancy. I could go on and on about how amazing this doctor is!!! He is so caring. This is definitely where I recommend anyone with ANY complications during pregnancy to go to. He is the BEST!! And I’ve seen several OBGYN’s throughout my years. I have had several medical issues and I am high risk for my first pregnancy and I can Just tell I am in good hands!!

I love, love, love my doctor. Dr. Maddox is so caring, considerate and kind! She was very supportive and eased any concerns I had during my pregnancy and through my daughter’s birth.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. I have been looking for a women’s health doctor for over a year and I am so grateful that I was able to find Dr. Banks. He listened to all of my concerns regarding my birth control experiences over the years and not only explained what had gone wrong over the years, but a plan on what we can do moving forward. I was unable to use the portal to schedule my appointment but it was easy to schedule when I called because I knew which doctor I wanted to see. About a week before my appointment they sent me a link so that I could fill out all of my intake paperwork online. Because of this I was able to just check in at the front with my ID and go almost straight back. There was no wait and the experience was fast but at no point did I feel rushed. Dr. Banks is the best OBGYN I have EVER been to. The staff is very nice and very professional. Honestly the only complaint I could have is about the parking. You have to park in a parking deck and it isn’t free, but it is a large medical center with 3 buildings so it can’t be helped.
