Best decision I've made going to OWSG! Dr. Fry and her office staff are amazing. They listened and took great care of me throughout my entire pregnancy and postpartum. They treated us like family and genuinely cared when I had issues. I highly recommend this office!

I feel so disrespected. I called and made an appointment to have my Nexplanon removed, and a new one inserted. I was told that due to being self pay, the cost would be $400 due at the day of appointment. After waiting nearly 3 months for my appointment and driving 45 minutes to be there, I arrived and was asked if I was there for a women's wellness exam. I said no, I was there for expired Nexplanon removal and a new one inserted. I was told that they do not perform that procedure there. The nurse then brought the Office Manager in who again told me that I could not have that procedure done there, and that I needed to have a women's wellness exam before anything could be done. She then asked if I knew how much my visit cost, and I said "Yes, $400." She replied, "The women's wellness exam is $400, Nexplanon would be an additional $1200." She proceeded to tell me that all of this was told to me over the phone, which I explained to her that NONE of this was told to me, or I would not be there. I came to have my expired birth control removed and a new one inserted, not a women's wellness exam.
Frustrated by the interaction, I started to leave and stated that if they attempted to charge anything for todays visit, I would not be paying. As I was leaving I asked where the exit was and the Office Manager told me, "You can go out the back." I asked, "Where is the actual exit?" and she pointed to the correct way out.
Anyway, I called my old gyno in Nashville and they're seeing me in 17 days.

I was disappointed in my overall experience here. My husband was not allowed to go back with me to my appointment. I was given a Monday appointment for my first appointment and then unable to come back in on a Monday for my follow up lab appointment (my only day off.) Mondays are only available if Dr. Beal doesn’t have surgery. Dr. Beal herself seems to be a good doctor with a kind and caring demeanor. Her nurse, Rachel, is rather rude. She made comments that were incredibly hurtful. “You are a menopausal woman”- minimizing my concerns and lacking empathy. And “Unless you are transitioning to a man…”-in reference to my labs (high testosterone and low estrogen.) To top it off, an office visit is required for medication for a yeast infection when they gave you the antibiotics that caused it. I will never go back. I am looking for compassion and empathy in my medical providers. I did not find that here.

Dr Fry has been my Doctor for almost 10 years. She has delivered both of my babies, both experiences were great. She is real talk, down to earth, caring, and I am so grateful to have her as my Doctor. I am equally grateful for the staff and nurses at OWSG. Eva is Dr. Fry’s nurse, who I have also seen for almost all of my care! If I have a need they are prompt, and caring in getting back with me. You can tell there is a mutual respect within their team, and that pours out into us patients.
I have appreciated always having familiar faces at my appointments, thank you.

Dr. Fry delivered both of my babies and I had an excellent experiences both times! I always felt confident in her care and I could relax knowing that I was in her hands. I was blessed to be able to deliver both kiddos with her! And all of this coming from a previous L&D nurse.
I worked closely with Dr. Fry and Dr. Beal, they are both caring and excellent providers! I highly recommend them!
