I had an incredible experience at Era’s. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt warm, calm, and welcoming. Both waiting room and exam room had soft, comfortable lighting instead of harsh fluorescent lights, which made me feel at ease. The staff were absolutely incredible. They were kind, attentive, and caring. And most importantly, the provider truly listened to me. I felt heard, respected, and safe, without any fear of judgment. This was especially meaningful for me because I have typically avoided doctors offices due to past discomfort/dismissal and feeling a barrier between myself and providers. For the first time, I was able to open up comfortably and speak honestly about my concerns and experiences. And all without being rushed. The care I received was exceptional, and I left feeling supported and understood. I would absolutely recommend this clinic and will continue to come back. This place sets a new standard for what compassionate, patient-centered care should feel like.

Words cannot describe how much I love this clinic. I have been to several obgyn clinics and none of them compare to my experience at Eras. The staff is so attentive to your needs and concerns. They genuinely want you to feel safe and that your concerns are addressed. I recently had an appointment with Taylor as a new patient. The overall appointment lasted 1.5 hours whereas your typical appointment with hospital based clinics last MAYBE 30 minutes. As someone with metabolic disease, I’ve been dismissed and gaslighted about my condition, but Taylor truly listened to me and gave me resources instead of just prescribing medicine. If you are like me and looking for a more holistic approach targeting your symptoms rather than a “bandaid,” this is the place for you!!
