I had lip filler and Botox across my brow at Body Balance and worked with Becky, who is absolutely amazing. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated that they offer a two-week follow-up for any adjustments. I’m extremely happy with my results and my experience—highly recommend!

alexis has done multiple facials on me & i always leave feeling refreshed. she is very professional & knowledgeable about skin care. i also always feel extremely comfortable in NWA Body & Balance because it is an all female staffed facility- truly the best!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 100 stars, I would! This med spa is seriously the best experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable and welcomed, it’s not your typical intimidating med spa. Lindsey and Becky make you feel right at home, like you’ve known them forever. They explained everything about my microneedling and teeth whitening in detail and made sure I was totally comfortable the whole time. You can tell they really know their stuff. And here’s what makes them stand out even more, their prices aren’t Kardashian-level crazy. They’re moms who genuinely care about helping other moms look and feel their best without breaking the bank. I’ll forever only go here. Lindsey and Becky are absolute gems, and this place is pure magic.
