I absolutely love this place and all its people! We've been going to RCC for over 5 years now and have experienced a number of the services offered. Ive attended special events. We regularly see Tharwat and I am a huge fan of the sound cocoon. It has helped regulate my emotions and nervous system when I've been triggered by CPTSD or just life. I love this place so much that I have their brochures all over my own business. Josh is so special and the healing that everyone brings is desperately needed in today's world.

My therapist, Aaron, has been a rock solid person in my.life since I began therapy with him. He is really great at figuring out the root problems of my life and guiding me towards a better perspective. He is extremely kind, and understanding. He doesn't judge and gives great insight i to my life problems. Highly recommend Aaron. He has been a crucial part in my recovery. Also, Ms. Angela's yoga class is the best.

I initially left a vague review of Rock City Counseling shortly after my first session. After a few months of working with Josh, I can say I can tell the difference in my life. I was someone who did not believe in therapy and would not accept any help. However, after working with Josh my perspective has changed. Josh and Rock City have taught me tips and tricks to handle my anxiety and when my stress peak. Not only that, Josh creates a safe space for you to speak freely without judgment. Highly recommend. 10/10.
