The Woman's Clinic

Everyone at this clinic was caring and respectful each time I visited (including Dr. Burton). However, the events that happened recently to me have left me hurt and confused. The last time I saw him in clinic we had a treatment plan. When I messaged for refills on fertility meds they were all called in (some 3 months worth). I’m not aware of what changed but he had the nurse tell me he no longer wanted me to continue the treatment plan we last discussed. I was told he would contact me by phone and the phone call never came. I even responded a few weeks later letting his nurse know I never received his call. I was told he would call that day. He didn’t. Now I’m left with medicine I can’t even take because these medicines require monitoring. This is not only extremely unprofessional but also negligent. I’m very disappointed in the way he discarded me with no explanation.

I love this office - everyone is incredibly kind and compassionate. The ladies at the front desk are attentive and welcoming. Dr. Burton and his team are fantastic! He takes the time to truly listen and understand any questions or concerns. I always feel comfortable and confident walking in to my appointments with Dr. Burton. Additionally, he is thorough and determined to create a plan that helps you achieve your goals. The women in the lab are also wonderful, willing to make accommodations to ensure a smooth and comfortable process. I am so thankful for this office, their team, and my provider!

This was my first time at the OB/GYN and my first pap smear so I was pretty nervous going in. Dr. Helton was very kind and made the experience go a lot better than I thought it would be. I appreciate that she took the time to talk to me before the exam so ease my nerves. Would definitely see her again in the future!
