Been waiting 2 months for a call to get an epidural. I called today and was told that they tried calling me 3 times and that my epidural was denied. I never received a phone call, told the girl that I never received a phone call. I have photos of all the calls from this company and never did I receive anything from them for the last two months. I have had to reach out to them several times in the last four months to get appointments and to check up on my orders.
I would rather go to a place that actually is honest and knows what they're doing. I just went to another back Doctor and found out that I have disk degeneration and subluxation throughout my spine, that was never told to me. Nothing! If you're looking for a doctor to just take your money and put band aids on it, these are your guys. If you want somebody to actually fix the problem. They are not it.

Dr Khan is a wonderful physician who truly cares for your total wellbeing. His medical assistant Trinity is thoughtful, respectful, and caring. the office staff is nice and considerate of my time by getting me in at my scheduled time. I have had trigger points, epidurals, and ablations for my lower back. I’m a very active person (gym, martial arts, outdoors) and my doctor is able to keep me going In what I love to do. My appointments are a complete health overview from dietary, do’s and don’ts for gym/martial art, and best approach for pain management. If your sport athlete, this is the place you need to be. Thanks again, Debra

There have been issues but when I switched to CORE it was far worse and experience. Medically this place is solid. Just some staff are harder to work with. MeganNP, Dr Ryklin, Dale and Dr Khan are perfect. The last time I went in I said I needed ablation without steroids because blood sugar too high and that they need seek approval for that without steroidal medial blocks(steroids). They made me wait for new a1c then called and pressured me to do epidural(steroids). Again I asked for the ablation without blocks. Asked that put thru with med explanation. They said they would. I heard nothing back. Then I followed up and they said I need new followup with another copay because it has to be within 30 days. This is new because during busy season I have had lengthy waits between approve and procedure avail. However everytime I meet with any NP not Megan I experience delays and extra copays I can't afford. So now after 2 years of this I guess I need to stop recommending this practice. They used to be a 5. Dr Ryklin is excellent. Megan is excellent but the other NPs and staff cause delays then insist on extra "followups" where no actual procedures have happened. I am low income and can't afford two extra $45 appts. I asked them to wave the addl copay both times but they refused. Also when their billing error resulted in a $600 due to me which I paid pending appeal. I spent 40 hours on that appeal and got them paid. However...there office manager refused to return my money even though the error was theirs. So great doctors. 1 good NP crap staff and billing. I moved my rating back to a 4 after dealing with CORE and their staff.

Dr Kahn is wonderful. He is a master of his craft. If it wasn’t for him, I’m not sure I would be able to function. He always listens, and really cares about his patients. I am so grateful for him and his staff.

STAY AWAY! Not only was my visit to this office a nightmare but I have been trying to get a refund on what they overcharged me since May of 2018. I knew something seemed fishy when they refused to see me unless I paid UP FRONT for my visit. I understand people leave and never pay their bills but that's why they're supposed to collect SSNs and I gave them mine. It's February 2019 and I am still waiting.
Not only would I say stay away because of their way of business but I am 24 years old and on my first visit here they tried to give me a blind steroid injection (no imaging done or ultrasound) and send me out with multiple narcotic prescriptions! They hadn't even done any imaging or even a thorough exam of my back before wanting to schedule epidural injections too. Money is the #1 priority here, not the patients. They give their patients courses of treatment that just so happens to keep them coming back to their office. Interesting how even though the doctor told me I needed the drugs and injections to get better I have found other ways to heal my body and manage my pain on my own.
I wish I had read some of these reviews before stepping foot in this office.
I have attached a photo of the only receipt they could provide me when I paid, it doesn't even have a business name or address or anything on it!
