I can't say enough good things about this practice. The experience we've had with Dr. Nead has greatly helped our family. My children relate well to him and he communicates in a way that invites them to share and feel comfortable. He has definitely heard our concerns as parents and found solutions tailor-made to our kids and the goals we have for them. All the staff are kind, personable, and make it easy to schedule and communicate with the Dr. Their online portal system is also very convenient. The only area for improvement would be the timeliness. Later in the day appointments seem to run late, though this just speaks to the time and attention the Dr gives to his clients. I cannot more heartily recommend Dr. Nead and this clinic. It has significantly improved my kids' lives and our harmony as a family.

The Grove and Dr. Nead have been an anchor for my family over the last few years. We have found comfort, guidance, solutions, consistency and peace through our work with Dr. Nead and his team. From the care and friendliness of the front office, to the follow-up and consistent assistance in managing tests, appointments and treatment, and right through to the relationship that has carried my kids through very rocky waters and helped them build again. My daughters have found confidence and clarity through their work with Dr. Nead, and have gained the skills to help maneuver challenges, making their lives much easier to manage. I am forever grateful to the entire team here and could not recommend more. And if you need another bit of proof— we live in downtown Phoenix and do in-person appointments happily (sometimes an hour each way!). That’s how much we love this group.

Dr. Nead has been fantastic working with our son w/ autism. He’s great about asking questions and tailoring a specific plan for him. He’s non judgmental and you don’t feel like it’s a one size fits all type of situation. It’s a customized plan that’s well thought through. I highly recommend. We’ve been clients for around 2 years

We love Dr. Nead and the staff at Grove Psychiatry. Dr. Nead is conservative in his approach to medication and also recommends vitamins that are proven to be helpful based on scientific studies. He has helped my kids so much. Their quality of life is 100% better than it was before. We recommend Dr. Nead to everyone.

I have had nothing but stellar experiences with everyone involved here at The Grove. I have been a patient of Dr. Nicoll's for a while now, and am always left feeling better thanks to his compassion, patience, and extensive knowledge. I have also seen Dr. Skinner for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and she has been instrumental in helping me shift away from negative modes of thinking.
