Dr. Austin Le was very efficient, thorough and kind during the eval visit. He listened to the accident injury details, and reviewed medical history carefully. He did thorough muscle and movement testing to come to accurate diagnosis that was later confirmed by MRI. He is very intelligent and informative. I was also seen by Dr. Tima Le at the end. She is also very intelligent and informative. Both Drs provided excellent care. I felt at ease during eval and in good care. Started meds and PT referral right away. Almost instant improvement after next 1 -2 days with a med to reduce sensitivity of nerve pain. They seem like the brainiac kids in college that were at top of class.

Update: I called again, to check on the MRI order that STILL has not been sent in. I had to cancel my follow-up appointment (for October 21st) because, as of now, there is no way to get the MRI results back in time. I am waiting, again, for them to send in the MRI order. First visit (Oct. 7th): Excellent, thorough, compassionate and professional doctor (Dr. Hatch). I was impressed. I have had a few issues with my MRI order not being sent in.
