Can I give 50 stars for Unwind because that’s what this place deserves. Tucked inside of a PT office, the Unwind owners are bringing new but proven methods for healing to the East Valley; a PEMF machine / mat and a state of the art red light bed. I found the office after a search for curing cancer (as I’ve recently been diagnosed with BC) and while I’ve only been going here for a month and have no idea what effect these machines have on cancer, I can proudly confirm all the other improvements in my physical and mental well-being will help me beat cancer. For that alone, 1000000/10 stars given. I’m getting more sleep and more deep sleep which is confirmed by my Oura ring. I feel lighter in my head; I should be depressed with the tumor diagnosis but shockingly, I’m not at all. The pain I had in my left breast has subsided and stays away now. I’m sitting outside their office right now, having cried happy tears in today’s PEMF mat session. I’m so lucky to have found this place. Thank you!!

I have been going to Unwind for about three months, and my results have been amazing! These people care about you as an individual and are truly compassionate in wanting to help you achieve your goals, not theirs. I was broken and ran down from a fractured humerus and multiple torn tendons. Remnants of surgery left me with burning nerve pain and immobility. For 12 weeks I could only sleep 2 hours per night. I was exhausted, had massive brain fog, and gaining weight. Eric suggested we start a program with Unwind. I did the Styku for metabolic testing and diet. Best test to see what and where your body is. I did the PEMF for the fracture and the results were amazing. With in the first week the nerve pain began to subside and I started sleeping better. They also had me on oxygen while exercising and 10 minutes of red light therapy. I am in my 2nd month of therapy and I am smiling and laughing again. From therapy to wellness, absolutely, the best team ever!!!!
