Dr. Frank was amazing! He took so much time to explain everything in detail and made me feel really comfortable, especially since this was my first time seeing a specialist. He was patient, kind, and super easy to talk to.
Eden at the front desk was just as great. She helped me with all my intake information over the phone, answered all my questions, and made everything so easy. Every time I walk in, she is welcoming and always happy to help.
It’s really comforting to be around people who truly love what they do. Such a great experience overall!

The receptionist was nice and provided quick service. The MA was friendly, understanding, and did her job well. The doctor was informative, listened to my son and my concerns. All in all a great office and staff at this location. Will be going back for continued psych and neurology appointments.

All the staff were welcoming, thorough, and skillful. I am very thankful for their help.
I would have rated this service five stars if the process for completing documents in advance had been better. I thought I completed everything online, but kept getting notices that I needed to complete my “tasks.” When I returned to the paperwork process, it started at the beginning, asking me to submit photos of my insurance card, which I had done the first time, In other words, the robot didn’t tell me what was missing; it was having me start all over again.

Dr. Bansal is an amazing doctor, diagnostician, communicator, and healthcare professional.
I would highly recommend Dr. Bansal, and her whole Team, like Dr. Marsh, who I also saw for EMG testing and evaluations, to everyone, especially loved ones.
I couldn’t be happier with their help and care, making sense of confusing neuromuscular and neurological symptoms, the likely outcomes, and how we planned for what therapies I can take advantage of for my medical care and conditions.
Thank you🍀

Everyone in Dr. Bansal's office was welcoming and caring. I was nervous, but Dr. Bansal’s medical assistant reassured me and answered all my questions.
Highly recommend!
